All giveaways are sponsored by Tactical which is owned by Terran, LLC and feature only Tactical products. Tactical and Terran, LLC are collectively referred to as “Sponsor” throughout these rules (“Official Rules”). We try to make our giveaways as simple as possible. Whether you come across our Contest on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, or any other site, all you have to do is click on the link provided. From there, you will be directed to the Tactical Contest page. Before any entries are counted, you must log in using your Email, Facebook, Instagram, Soundcloud, or Twitter account. 

Once you log in, you will be asked to provide your email address. This is very important because a confirmation email is sent to let you know that you have successfully entered the Contest. You will also receive emails letting you know how many entry points you have earned and ways to earn more. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  

By providing your email address, you are acknowledging that you will receive emails from Sponsor and its affiliates both regarding this Contest and other opportunities. Any personal information you supply will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policies, which can be viewed at

By entering the Contest, you grant us permission to share your email address and any other personally-identifiable information with any third parties for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly-available Winners list. In addition, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use your name, city and state of residence, and any content you submit such as a photograph, letter, or video (“Submitted Content”), for editorial, advertising, commercial and publicity purposes by Sponsor and any affiliates. Such use is permitted in any and all media now in existence or hereinafter created for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, except in Tennessee or as otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, edit, adapt or reproduce Submitted Content in full or in part, but Sponsor is not obligated to publish or use any Submitted Content.

Please note: Contests are based on a point system. Points are listed on the Contest page next to each entry type. To make sure points are accounted for, use the official Tactical Contest Page when participating and remember to log in. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. All entries must be made by the entrant as self-identified by the entrant. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  

All Entries must be posted during the eligible dates listed on the contest page in order to participate in this month’s Contest. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

Winners will be selected each business day and will be notified via email or social media. Winners will be posted to our social media pages once per week. Those not selected will continue to be eligible to win for the remainder of the contest period. You may only win a prize once during a contest or giveaway period. Terran, LLC has the final say over any and all winners selected and my use alternative methods of picking winners in the event of a software malfunction.

The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded, and Sponsor reserves the right our sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.   

Please do not contact Tactical via email or through any social network messaging to be entered into contests. Since all contests are based on a point system, all entries have to be made through the official Tactical Contest Page or via postal mail per Section 5.

What if I encounter a problem?

If you experience any problems along the way, feel free to reach out to the Tactical Team. You can contact us via email (support@tactical.com) or by messaging us on any of our social networking sites. We are happy to work through any technical issues or questions you might have in order to make sure you don’t miss out.

If you win, you will receive an email from support@tactical.com with instructions on how to claim your prize. Winners have one week to claim their prize before another winner is selected.

Winners are also announced on all Tactical social media networks, unless the winner specifically opts out of being identified as a winner. To opt out of such identification, please contact us at: support@tactical.com.   

If you think you may have missed an email from us and want to check if you won a giveaway, contact support@tactical.com. We keep accurate records of every contest and can help you out.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

If you win a Tactical giveaway, you should receive your product within 7-10 business days. We ship all prizes the following business day after we receive the winner’s mailing address. If you haven’t received your items within a week, please contact support@tactical.com.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, (b) any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (f) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (g) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest. 

If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Contest.

Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. 

Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. Sponsor may be reached by email at support@tactical.com.

This Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all Contest matters. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective members, officers, agents, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Contest. Sponsor and its affiliates and assigns are not responsible for any error in the offering or announcement of any rebate or in the administration of the Contest. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. 

Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of any individual in Sponsor’s sole discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time.
